Ronald Regan and Johnny Carson, lessons to be learned

This interview on the Tonight show in 1975 when Ronald Regan was Governor of California is so appropriate for today, not just for the content and how appropriately it applies to today’s issues but also to the overall tone. Listen as two mature adults talk about politics, without hate, without flamboyant emotionalism, and with conviction. Johnny Carson asks questions and listens to his guest talk without interrupting, without zealous embellishment, and in a neutral, polite, respectful tone. Many in the media today could learn from him. Watching this was a breath of fresh air and a break from the hateful, opinionated, biased, and overly emotional media we have today. Watch for yourself and compare not just WHAT they are talking about but HOW they are talking about it.
